Cancellation Policy
Bee Aesthetic Spa & Salon Policies Please be courteous of spa services in session during your entire stay at Bee Aesthetic Spa & Salon. Upon arrival please silence all electronics, no use of speaker phone/FaceTime, & use soft voices. Refund Policy We do not offer refunds on any services rendered. Results vary from person to person. While we do our best to achieve desired outcomes, results cannot be guaranteed. Clients are responsible to follow recommendations made by their service provider & any additional treatments needed to achieve desired outcomes. Additionally, we do not offer refunds on prepaid services. Funds can be reallocated to store credit OR can be used towards a different services offered. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on products. All sales are final. There are no refunds on Gift Cards. Gift Cards must be presented at time service is rendered. No Show Policy We require a 24 hour notice of cancellation of an appointment. Any appointment that is canceled within 24 hours of your appointment time OR any no show is subject to additional charges depending on appointments booked. You forfeitu the deposit at booking. We respect our providers time and have clients on a wait list that we work hard to accommodate should we have a last minute cancellation. However, we need at least 24 hours to be able to accommodate our guests on our wait list. By scheduling an appointment, you are agreeing to our cancellation and no-show policy. Sick Policy If you are not well and potentially contagious-please stay home for your own well-being and the safety of other guests & staff. Pease notify us at your earliest convenience to cancel your scheduled appointment! Pet Policy While we love pets, we ask that you leave your pets at home during your visits to avoid any disruptions to your visits to our facility, we ask that you leave any pet at home that is not a service animal. Children Policy At Bee Aesthetic Spa & Salon, we love children! However, in order for us to offer you and all of our guests the highest level experience during spa appointments, we ask that you make childcare arrangements prior to your appointments. We appreciate your understanding & compliance to our policies!
